Job summary

Intuition Machines, Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive technical engagements, translating requirements into outcomes while ensuring onboarding and ongoing usage of our hCaptcha ecosystem.

You will own technical delivery during customer sales, onboarding and implementation, collaborating with engineers at customer sites and internally. The role requires 3+ years in a similar SaaS position, strong API and frontend skills (JavaScript, React), and fluent English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role at a SaaS company.
• Development experience translating customer requirements into code for sprint pipelines.
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills across diverse audiences.

You are probably familiar with our best-known product, the hCaptcha security suite. Our approach is simple: low overhead, small teams, and rapid iteration.

As a Sales Engineer, you will drive technical engagements with clients, helping them convert requirements into outcomes while ensuring seamless onboarding and continuous usage. You will act as the technical owner during customer sales, onboarding, and implementation, leveraging deep subject matter expertise in the hCaptcha ecosystem.
We spend a lot of time interacting with engineers at our customers’ organizations - before, during, and after the sales process.

What you will do:

• Advise customers on implementation strategies, use cases, and product selection, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Stay up to date on evolving competitive products and market opportunities.

What we are looking for:

• Developer skills including APIs and front-end technologies like JavaScript and React.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Experience translating customer requirements into actionable code for sprint pipelines.
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills across diverse audiences.
• Preferred: Familiarity with security frameworks, attack vectors, botnets, and online threats.
• Strong solution architecture and engineering expertise (requirements gathering, problem-solving, and technical recommendations).
