Job summary

Intuition Machines is hiring a Sales Engineer to drive technical engagements with clients, turning requirements into outcomes while ensuring onboarding and ongoing usage of our hCaptcha ecosystem. The role focuses on translating customer needs into actionable technical solutions and collaborating with product teams on go-to-market and architecture.

The position is fully remote with global teams and a fast-paced, high-impact environment that values rapid iteration and customer success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar SaaS sales/engineering role.
• APIs and front-end technologies like JavaScript and React.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience translating customer requirements into actionable code for sprint pipelines.
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
• Preferred: familiarity with security frameworks, attack vectors, botnets, and online threats.
• Strong solution architecture and engineering expertise (requirements gathering, problem-solving, and technical recommendations).

Intuition Machines uses AI/ML to build enterprise security products. We apply our research to systems that serve hundreds of millions of people, with a team distributed around the world. You are probably familiar with our best-known product, the hCaptcha security suite. Our approach is simple: low overhead, small teams, and rapid iteration.

As a Sales Engineer, you will drive technical engagements with clients, helping them convert requirements into outcomes while ensuring seamless onboarding and continuous usage. You will act as the technical owner during customer sales, onboarding, and implementation, leveraging deep subject matter expertise in the hCaptcha ecosystem.

We spend a lot of time interacting with engineers at our customers' organizations - before, during, and after the sales process.

Using AI: Coding agents are indisputably useful tools. We provide access to the top 3 models, and were early adopters of evals-first development flows. Familiarity with coding using agents is part of all interviews. However, reliability and correctness are critical for us. You will need to read and understand every line of code with your name on it, and it will be reviewed by both people and machines.
