Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• Proven experience in sales and engineering within manufacturing, involving sheet metal and electromechanical design.
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes and electronics as they relate to product development.
• Demonstrated ability in solution selling and pre-sales support activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential and existing clients to understand technical requirements and provide customized manufacturing solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and present detailed proposals, including electromechanical and sheet metal design aspects.
• Conduct pre-sales activities such as product demonstrations and technical presentations to support the sales team.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates, bids, and contract negotiations to align with customer expectations and capabilities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and manufacturing technologies to position offerings effectively.
