Arctic Wolf is seeking a Sales Engineer - Commercial to act as the technical backbone of the sales team in Eden Prairie, MN. You will evangelize, design, propose, and demonstrate business value to customers while owning a territory for MSP and Commercial segments.

Sales Engineer - Commercial
to be part of making this happen.
This role is hybrid (3-days) in Eden Prairie MN, USA.
The Sales Engineer is the technical backbone of the sales organization. The Sales Engineer is responsible for working alongside an Account Representative to evangelize, design, propose and demonstrate the business value to customers. This is a results-oriented position and you must demonstrate that you can own building a territory for our Managed Service Provider offering and Commercial business segments. This will be done by having a high aptitude in security technology, leadership, and business acumen. You thrive on autonomy while being a productive team member. The character and competency you bring to the sales process is a critical component to this role. Ultimately, you win with integrity and good intent.

The base salary range for this job family is 80,500 to 199,500 USD annually. This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level. In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
