Sales Enablement Training Specialist

About the Role:

The Sales Operations team within S&P Mobility’s Automotive are looking for a proactive Enablement Specialist to partner with the Director of Sales Training & Enablement. To develop and support the use of sales enablement and AI tools across the sales department. Key responsibilities include training sales representatives on B2B sales enablement tools (including AI LLM tools), monitoring technology adoption, creating e-learning modules, and curating tech stack resources through an evolving playbook. The specialist will also collaborate with the Director to co-design an adoption strategy, ensuring sales reps effectively utilize their enablement capabilities.

The Sales Operations team at S&P Mobility is committed to equipping sales employees with the skills, tools, and knowledge necessary to deliver a differentiated client experience and achieve long-term career success.

Responsibilities and Impact:

  • Onboarding & Training: Design and implement comprehensive tech stack training within existing onboarding and training programs for new sales team members, ensuring proficiency in sales enablement tools and AI capabilities to accelerate their success.

  • Best Practices Development: Establish and maintain robust evergreen instructions within existing playbook and resource library that outlines best practices for utilizing sales enablement tools and AI, empowering sales representatives to maximize their effectiveness.

  • Adoption Strategy & Monitoring: Collaborate with leadership to co-develop strategies that enhance tool adoption among sales reps, while monitoring usage analytics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Performance Analytics: Generate detailed performance reports and analyze data to assess the impact of sales enablement tools on sales performance, enabling informed decision-making and continuous enhancement of processes.

  • E-Learning Creation: Develop engaging e-learning modules and tearsheets tailored to the sales team’s needs using advanced authoring tools, ensuring ongoing education and skill development in a dynamic environment.

  • Global Exposure & Growth Opportunities: Work in a global role that offers exposure to diverse sets of teams and segments, with the opportunity to collaborate with junior and senior leaders, fostering professional growth in a cutting-edge field that integrates sales enablement technology and AI.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: 5 to 10 years of demonstrated experience in sales enablement technology, content development, or instructional design, showcasing a deep understanding of the field.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Sales Technology, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for the role.

  • Instructional Design Expertise: Proficiency in instructional design and eLearning principles, along with familiarity with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia) to create engaging learning experiences.

  • Strong Communication & Collaboration Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and subject matter experts, coupled with the ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications, with grade ranging from Grade 10 to Grade 11. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.
