This fully remote position involves working closely with customers to configure modules, manage projects, and ensure compliance, all while being part of an innovative team dedicated to public safety.
First Due is seeking a tech-savvy, customer-focused fire and EMS subject matter expert to work as an Implementation Product Specialist. In this role, you will work with Fire & EMS customers to Implement First Due modules, providing industry-leading leadership, guidance, and support as First Due continues to build its best-of-breed end-to-end Fire and EMS platform.
