About the Role

Join our mission-driven team supporting the U.S. Navy’s Undersea Warfare Decision Support System (USW-DSS), a critical C2 tool for anti-submarine warfare. As a USW DSS Training Analyst, you will design and deliver high-impact training solutions that equip Navy operators with the knowledge and tools needed to execute complex ASW missions across global operational nodes.

This is a dynamic opportunity for an instructional design professional with a passion for naval operations and a commitment to excellence in training delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging, mission-relevant training products to support Fleet ASW operators using USW-DSS
• Create training materials for watch station qualifications, system operations, TDA use, best practices, and basic troubleshooting
• Collaborate with system SMEs to assess training needs and tailor content for maximum operational impact
• Ensure all training meets industry standards and aligns with evolving mission requirements
• Deliver content via classroom instruction, online modules, and job aids using tools such as Articulate Storyline or Moodle
• Participate in training assessments and updates to maintain operational relevance
• Comply with all security, OPSEC, and CUI protection requirements while developing and delivering materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in curriculum development or training design
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Moodle)
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage a technical military audience
• Valid U.S. Passport
• Must possess a DoD Secret security clearance

Preferred Background

• Prior experience supporting U.S. Navy operations or training systems
• Familiarity with tactical data systems, undersea warfare concepts, or Navy C2 systems
• Experience working with classified environments and secure government networks (e.g., SIPRNET)
