JOB OVERVIEW:
The Sales Enablement Specialist plays a key role in supporting the sales team’s productivity and readiness by assisting with day-to-day enablement operations, organizing resources and maintaining tools and content. This role ensures that sales reps have the processes, materials, and support needed to drive revenue effectively and consistently.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Coordinate the creation, organization, and distribution of sales enablement content (playbooks, guides, pitch decks, battlecards, case studies).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales process efficiency and CRM usage.
- Assist with monitoring sales tool adoption and usage while troubleshooting, as needed.
- Create, maintain, and update Salesforce dashboards and reports for sales performance tracking.
- Support onboarding and ongoing training of sales reps in effective use of Salesforce tools and features.
- Analyze Salesforce activity data to identify enablement gaps and recommend improvements.
- Partner with Marketing to track lead conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies in sales pipelines and lead routing.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve pipeline health, win rates, and sales velocity.
- Monitor and enforce data quality standards and compliance across the sales team.
- Assist in territory planning, quota setting, and incentive compensation tracking.
- Participates on cross-divisional teams working on company-wide initiatives.
- Gathers information, such as industry trends, and stays current on competition
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Salesforce: reporting, dashboards, data analysis, and user support.
- Direct to consumer, business-to-consumer and business-to-business experience preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, sales strategy or related field.
- Experience with sales enablement platforms and/or learning management systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with pipeline management and sales forecasting processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas).

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with and an understanding of the following:
- Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in Salesforce is required.

This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to speak and hear. The associate is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time, as well as stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms. This job requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
