About The Role
We seek a Sales Enablement Specialist reporting to the Director of GTM Enablement. You will empower Sales and Business Development teams through onboarding, training, and strategy enhancement. Ideal candidates are passionate sales strategists with engaging presentation skills, a deep understanding of SaaS sales, and experience in cross-functional collaboration.

What You’ll Do

  • Onboarding Program Management: Lead the sales onboarding process for seamless integration.
  • Sales Skills Training: Develop and deliver training to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide training on solutions to empower customer engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other departments to align training with company goals.
  • Trusted Resource: Mentor and support the sales team.
  • Technical Resource: Serve as the tech stack expert, with LMS, CMS, and Salesforce experience a plus.

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years in sales enablement or related fields.
  • Experience in BDR, training, instructional design, and sales closing preferred.
  • Passion for sales strategy, especially top-of-funnel activities.
  • Strong presentation skills for energetic training sessions.
  • Knowledge of SaaS sales methodologies like MEDDICC, Challenger, or Gap Selling.
  • Experience with CMS, LMS, and Salesforce preferred.

Pay Transparency
Base pay ranges from $75,000 to $105,000 USD, with potential for equity and variable compensation. Final compensation depends on location, experience, and skills.

Hiring Locations
US (various states), Hong Kong, UK. Specific location requirements may apply.
