FlightSafety International is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team through training and resources. This role involves significant responsibility in managing sales processes and CRM systems, requiring strong communication skills and a proactive approach to organizational change.

The Sales Enablement Specialist will provide the sales team and sales management with the resources they need to sell more effectively, including but not limited to: managing all aspects of: i) CRM training, improvement, and adoption, ii) sales process management, and iii) sales metric reporting. Lastly, they will monitor success and ensure long term adoption of implemented changes and strategies.
Bachelor’s degree, preferred
2+ years CRM database and administration experience
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and communicate. The employee may be required to stand; walk; sit. Specific vision abilities required by this job include the ability to view monitors, technical documents, and reference material. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
