Job description

BUILDING A FRONT LINE PARTNERSHIP ON BEDROCK. THE SALES TEAM CLOSES MORE WHEN THEY KNOW MORE. You're the reason they do.

DuraServ is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist who builds the training infrastructure, drives Dynamics 365 adoption, and equips a national sales organization to perform at the highest level.

The Best Sales Organizations Are Built — Not Born.

DuraServ's sales organization operates across nine regions — outside sales representatives, GC reps, residential sales professionals, and branch leaders — all of whom depend on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and a consistent set of sales processes to manage relationships, develop quotes, forecast accurately, and close business. When that technology is adopted well and those processes are executed consistently, the sales team performs. When they're not, the gaps show up in the pipeline.

As Sales Enablement Specialist, you are the person who closes those gaps. You design and deliver training that drives Dynamics 365 adoption and builds sales process fluency. You coach reps on Power BI dashboards and data-driven decision making. You develop the eLearning modules, job aids, and SOPs that make the learning stick after the training session ends. You collaborate with Sales Leadership, Operations, IT, and Talent Management to ensure the sales technology ecosystem is working for the people who use it — not the other way around.

What You'll Own
The Training
  • Design, develop, and facilitate instructor‑led, virtual, and self‑paced learning programs supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and DuraServ's full sales technology ecosystem
  • Lead onboarding and ongoing development for new and existing sales representatives through structured training, coaching, reinforcement activities, and advanced learning opportunities
  • Train sales representatives on standardized sales processes — customer management, opportunity management, quoting, forecasting, and sales workflows — ensuring consistent execution across the organization
  • Develop and deliver training on DuraServ's end‑to‑end lead‑to‑order process, including quoting, pricing, proposal development, operational handoffs, and order execution
The Technology
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service, Sales Team Member App, and related platforms — you know the system deeply enough to train it, troubleshoot it, and improve how it's used
  • Train and coach users on Power BI reporting, sales analytics, performance dashboards, and data‑driven decision making — translating data into habits that improve sales outcomes
  • Support new system capabilities, process enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives that increase sales productivity and platform adoption
The Infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain learning resources — eLearning modules, job aids, quick reference guides, process documentation, and standard operating procedures — that make the learning accessible long after the session ends
  • Monitor user adoption and learning effectiveness, identifying opportunities to improve training programs, business processes, documentation, and the overall user experience
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners — Sales Leadership, Operations, IT, Customer Service, and Talent Management — to align training, business processes, and technology initiatives with organizational objectives
Who You Are
  • Dynamics 365 fluent — advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Service is a firm requirement; you know CRM, opportunity management, quoting workflows, and sales process execution at a depth that earns credibility with the reps you train
  • Power BI proficient — you interpret dashboards, explain metrics, coach forecasting, and help sales reps make better decisions from data they previously ignored
  • An instructional designer — you develop eLearning, job aids, quick reference guides, and SOPs that are clear, accurate, and actually used
  • A skilled facilitator — you run instructor‑led and virtual training sessions for adult learners with the confidence and adaptability to meet the room where it is
  • A patient coach — you work with reps who resist change and users who struggle with technology, and you bring them forward without losing the rest of the group
  • Analytically minded — you evaluate adoption data, training effectiveness, and business process performance and use what you find to improve what you do
  • Cross‑functionally collaborative — you partner with Sales, IT, Operations, and Talent Management and operate credibly across all of them
What We're Looking For
Required
  • 4+ years of combined experience supporting sales enablement, CRM platforms, or corporate learning initiatives
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Field Service — administering, supporting, and training on the platform is a firm requirement
  • Demonstrated success facilitating instructor‑led, virtual instructor‑led, and self‑paced learning experiences for adult learners
  • Proficiency in instructional design — eLearning development, job aids, quick reference guides, and process documentation
Preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with Power BI reporting, dashboard interpretation, and coaching data‑driven decision making
  • Background in sales operations, revenue enablement, or CRM adoption within a multi‑location field sales organization
  • Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Rise/Storyline, Captivate, or equivalent)
What's In It For You
  • Competitive compensation commensurate with experience
  • Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, and 401K with company match
  • Company‑provided life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability
  • Direct visibility to Sales Leadership, Operations, and IT — your work is seen at every level of the sales organization
  • 25% travel — enough field exposure to understand the reps you're training and the markets they operate in
  • A role where your impact is measurable: adoption rates, training completion, sales process consistency, and pipeline performance all reflect your work
  • The opportunity to shape how a national sales organization uses technology to compete and win
A Note to the Right Candidate.

If you've been in an enablement or training role where your work was invisible until something went wrong — where adoption went unmeasured, content went unused, and reps kept working around the CRM instead of in it — this is a different environment.

DuraServ is investing in sales technology and the people who make it work. The Sales Enablement Specialist is the front line partnership between the technology and the sales team — and what you build is the foundation every rep stands on when they go close a deal.

Building a front line partnership on bedrock. That's what this role does — every training session, every job aid, every rep who quotes with confidence because of you.

Please note: This is NOT a remote or hybrid role. This position is based on-site at DuraServ Corporate in Coppell, TX with 25% planned business travel.
