Job summary

Dexian seeks a Product Support Specialist to bridge sales strategy and day-to-day execution in Madison, NJ. You will equip sales teams with Salesforce tools, training, and streamlined processes to maximize efficiency and success.

You will develop training content, optimize sales processes, and generate sales metrics while collaborating across departments to own results. This is a contract role with a defined end date in late November 2026.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or sales enablement, preferably in real estate or technology
• Direct, hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (required)
• Interest in Salesforce and in helping others succeed with the tool
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, advanced find, filters, functions and formulas, charts), plus Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Power Automate, and SharePoint
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functions while owning your individual results
