Murata Electronics is seeking a Sales Operations Training Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for Customer Service and Sales teams. The role focuses on operational processes, tools, and enabling adoption across the organization.

The position requires 3+ years in related roles, strong design and facilitation skills, and experience with Canva and content authoring tools. This hybrid role supports multiple U.S. locations including Carrollton, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service, Training, or Enablement roles.
• Proven experience designing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences.
• Experience with Canva and content authoring software (EasyGenerator, Articulate, Captivate).
• Strong understanding of sales and customer service workflows, tools, and processes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and on-demand training sessions.
• Develop and execute structured training cadences for customer service and sales teams.
