Are you passionate about turning performance data into impactful learning strategies? We're looking for an experienced Learning Performance Consultant to help bridge the gap between business insights and learning design. In this role, you’ll use principles of learning science and data analysis to identify skill gaps, define learning priorities, and shape programs that drive measurable results.
You’ll work cross-functionally with enablement leaders, program managers, and analysts to ensure learning solutions are strategic, evidence-based, and tied directly to performance outcomes.
Analyze sales performance metrics, call recordings, and pipeline data to identify learning needs
Design frameworks that map sales behaviors to learning outcomes using research-backed methods
Recommend learning priorities, formats, and content areas grounded in data and learning science
Develop diagnostic surveys, certification assessments, and other measurement tools
Partner with analysts to create dashboards that showcase learning impact
Translate executive goals into actionable learning objectives and success metrics
Build scalable systems to evaluate learning effectiveness on readiness and results
Work closely with learning designers to ensure solutions close performance gaps
Define and track KPIs that reflect the business value of learning programs
5+ years in sales enablement, performance consulting, or learning analytics
Strong grounding in learning science and adult learning principles
Experience designing assessments and measurement strategies
Ability to connect performance data to learning needs
Familiarity with enablement tools (e.g., Gong, Highspot, Salesforce, LMS, conversation intelligence platforms)
Strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Passion for data-driven decision-making and learning innovation
Experience in B2B SaaS sales environments
Background in competency modeling or skills taxonomy design
Familiarity with learning impact models (e.g., Kirkpatrick, Phillips ROI)
Hands-on experience with AI tools in learning analytics or content creation
Success working with sales orgs in high-growth settings
