Our client seeks a Workday Certified Learning Lead Consultant for a 6-month, remote opportunity. Candidate will lead the design, implementation, and configuration of Workday Learning modules in alignment with organizational goals. Ensure optimal functionality and user experience.

Description

• Extensive experience in developing and managing Learning processes, configuring Workday Learning, security administration, and delivering solutions within the Workday HCM application
• Interact with other business teams to provide insight into Learning processes, ensure data consistency, and resolve issues
• Develop offshore support resource and transition Lead role to them during E2E testing
• Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, etc. related to Workday Learning initiatives. Communicate progress and address issues proactively.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders regarding Workday Learning functionalities. Understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• User Support and Training: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to enhance their proficiency with Workday Learning tools. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to monitor the effectiveness of learning programs and produce actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure all Workday Learning activities comply with organizational policies, data security standards, and relevant regulations
