Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation seeks a Sales Enablement Manager to scale the commercial foundation across Carrier Rental Systems and Spot Coolers. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, CCS, Operations, Digital/IT, and Business Enablement to ensure teams have training, tools, content, processes, and insights to win in the market.

The role oversees onboarding, training paths, and governance, with emphasis on ERP implementation and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Operations, or Revenue disciplines.
• Experience leading multi-functional transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute enablement strategy for Carrier Rental Systems and Spot Coolers.
• Lead onboarding, training, playbooks, and adoption of CRM/ERP systems.
• Partner with Marketing, CCS, and IT to drive standardized processes.
• Define and track enablement KPIs and leadership insights.
