Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 10 years of banking and sales management experience.
• Experience leading Sales and/or Project Management is a plus.
• Experience with Data Analysis and Reporting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to drive change in a complex, matrixed organization with influence.

Responsibilities

• Drive consistent execution of Consultative Sales and Service across the footprint.
• Provide training and sales tools to support goal achievement and market share growth.
• Onboard, educate, and train new sales roles for success.
• Partner with leadership to define sales roles, goals, and outcomes.
• Develop and implement processes to monitor operating rhythms and sales procedures.
• Leverage data visualization to turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Update sales collateral with current stats and client case studies.
