The Sales Enablement & Integration Manager builds the capability of the sales force and leads the commercial integration of acquired businesses — turning strategy, product knowledge, and reorganization intent into field-ready skills and a fast, repeatable path to the first cross-pillar win. Reporting to the VP, Commercial Excellence, this role combines role-based playbooks, training, and certification with Day-1 readiness, change management, and cross-pillar rollout.
This role shortens ramp-up time — for new hires and for sellers joining through acquisition alike — and standardizes how Relevant sells. It coordinates across HR, Corporate Development, Finance, IT, Marketing, and Line Sales & Pillar Leaders to keep skills, structure, and adoption moving together.
