• Real proficiency with Salesforce, plus willingness to learn Retargeting fast
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight
• 5+ years building trust the slow, unglamorous way

Responsibilities

• Carry the WI number and the relationships that make it real
• Spot which Madison accounts are about to churn and win them back
• Strong command of Link Building, with 3 of demand-generation experience
• Drive upsell and renewal conversations with existing Cushman & Wakefield accounts
• Craft compelling messaging tailored to sales marketing buyers and decision-makers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout WI
