The Sales Enablement Associate supports our Business Development and Marketing efforts end to end from the relationships and data that keep the pipeline moving, to the research and content that build our market visibility. You will manage the CRM and client tracking, help develop and execute marketing campaigns, and conduct research on M&A, Private Equity, Healthcare, and related sectors to fuel thought leadership and sales materials that directly influence client engagement. You will work closely with senior management, translating both relationship data and market insight into materials, campaigns, and events that promote Optimatum's brand and win business.

The expected annual salary ranges from $75,000-$110,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, training, experience, education, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue‑based metrics, any contractual agreements, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
