Sales Enablement Associate

Optimatum Solutions is seeking a Sales Enablement Associate who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is eager to make a tangible impact. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals who have previously worked within highly matrixed organizations and step into a dynamic, growing company where your contributions directly shape outcomes.

We're looking for a driven professional ready to take ownership in a role that blends sales support, CRM ownership, and marketing execution with market and M&A/PE research. In this position, you'll have the autonomy to shape how we grow revenue by:

  • Owning CRM data integrity to ensure accurate pipelines, reporting, and client tracking
  • Designing and refining sales materials that directly influence client engagement and deal success
  • Executing marketing campaigns across social media and email, bringing creative ideas to life and measuring their impact
  • Researching M&A, Private Equity, Healthcare, and related sectors to fuel thought leadership and sales materials

This is a fully in-office role, five days a week, based at our Midtown location in our New York City office. It's designed for someone who thrives in environments where initiative is valued and independence is encouraged, and who wants the chance to make a visible impact while growing their career alongside senior leadership.

If you're ready to leverage your experience in a setting where agility, creativity, and impact matter and where your work will be seen and felt this is the role for you.

We design and execute harmonization strategies and provide active management and oversight to help clients create and capture value. Our end-to-end point solutions are seamless to implement and maintain and drive operational efficiency through vendor accountability.
