Job summary

Pollard Banknote Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to empower the Arizona Lottery's sales force, key account managers, and retail partners with knowledge, content, and tools to drive revenue growth and expand retail presence.

You will translate revenue goals into structured training, playbooks, and sales collateral, integrate CRM data, and deliver workshops that prepare the field for major game launches and promotions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dedicated experience in sales enablement, field sales training, sales content development, or sales operations support.
• Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), retail distribution networks, or state/regulated lottery systems is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to analyze field productivity metrics, CRM usage, and sales funnel bottlenecks to inform enablement interventions.
• Align training initiatives, product rollouts, and sales messaging with agency growth objectives.
• Build enablement toolkits, pitch materials, and onboarding programs for corporate and retail chains.
• Design onboarding programs and learning paths for sales team members.
• Create, curate, and maintain a centralized repository of sales collateral and retailer FAQs.
• Integrate training into daily workflows using CRM and digital sales platforms.
• Measure enablement metrics and ROI to drive continuous improvement.
