Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative role preferred.
• Experience with CRM platforms required.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains sales-focused CRM reporting and dashboards.
• Optimizes CRM dashboards for routine reporting.
• Coordinates lead notifications from marketing campaigns.
• Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments for external partners using Outlook and CRM.
• Performs research to respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Coordinates mailings and maintains files and records.
• Provides periodic reports regarding deadlines and outstanding items.
• Maintains marketing and promotional supplies and orders new supplies.
