Job summary

Basic Resources, Inc. seeks a Sales & Ecommerce Associate to support Walmart business management through merchant coordination, reporting, meeting preparation, and cross-functional follow-up. This role acts as a key connector across Sales, Digital, Planning, and Operations teams.

The Senior Associate will manage inbox triage, deck preparation, sample coordination, and weekly reporting across Walmart stores and Walmart.com, ensuring timing and accuracy of launches and campaigns.

Qualifications

• BA or BS required.
• 1–2+ years of related industry experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with strong business acumen.
• SAP and Retail Link are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate merchant inbox triage and follow-up requests.
• Prepare decks, scorecards, and meeting materials for buyer calls.
• Coordinate samples, merchant boards, and line review needs.
• Support weekly reporting across stores and Walmart.com.
• Track promotional calendars, milestones, and deadlines.
• Monitor pricing gaps, content suppressions, and in-stock risks.
• Submit Item Set-Up Spec Sheet Templates for all new Walmart.com products.
• Maintain trackers for launches, modulars, and action items.
• Create Bazaarvoice Review Campaigns for new product launches.
• Assist with digital site scrubs, PDP imagery uploads and maintenance.

Annual salary starting at $70,000
