Qualifications

• Two years' store manager experience with a proven track record of driving sales and profits.
• Proficiency with personal computers and detailed report analysis.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for eight hours.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Lead and develop staff including training and performance coaching.
• Oversee merchandising standards and store operations.
