• Support training and development to improve performance and discipline when required.
• Communicate effectively with team members, store managers and district leaders.
• Ensure operations align with company standards to maximize sales and profitability.
• Monitor daily store conditions, food safety, sanitation and loss prevention.
• Analyze sales data and trends to inform inventory and ordering decisions.
• Oversee merchandising programs, plan-o-grams, displays and pricing signs.
