Job summary

Claire's is hiring a Part-Time Manager to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting. You will engage customers, upsell accessories, and promote promotions while upholding brand standards.

You will train and support the team, coordinate store operations, manage inventory and visuals, and stay on top of fashion trends to help customers find their perfect style.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Able to stand for shifts and handle physical tasks (11-35 kg).
• Proficient with POS systems and cash handling.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for fashion and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by delivering next-level customer experiences and upselling accessories.
• Lead piercing training and ensure a safe, sterile environment for services.
• Maintain attractive store displays and easy-to-shop layouts.
• Support Store Manager by motivating the team and sharing sales tips.
• Represent the brand and stay updated on fashion trends to guide customers.
• Oversee store operations including inventory management, cash handling, merchandising, and promotions.
