Qualifications

• You can conduct piercings with patience and empathy.
• Proficient in operating a POS system.
• Completed some high school and at least one year of retail management experience.
• Able to stand for shifts and lift 25–75 lbs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver next-level customer experiences and upsell to drive revenue.
• Train and guide customers through piercing process and aftercare.
• Maintain fresh, organized store displays and easy-to-shop layouts.
• Support Store Manager with team motivation and sales tips.
• Represent the brand and stay updated on fashion and trends.
• Oversee store operations including inventory, cash handling, and promotions.
