Responsibilities include sales execution, training on piercings, inventory management, and maintaining visually appealing displays that attract shoppers and promote promotions.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of retail management experience.
• Proficient with POS systems.
• Ability to stand for shifts and lift 25–75 lbs.
• Strong math skills for inventory and cash handling.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences and promoting promos to drive revenue.
• Lead piercing services training and maintain sterile store conditions.
• Maintain an Insta-worthy store with organized displays and easy-to-shop layouts.
• Motivate the team and share sales tips to create a positive store vibe.
• Represent the Claire's brand and assist customers with fashion needs.
