Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Able to stand and move around the store, lift up to 35 lbs, use a ladder.
• At least one year of retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support an environment that drives sales with strong customer service.
• Deliver brand standards for a positive customer experience.
• Support store achievement of sales and profit plans.
• Protect company assets and control inventory shrinkage.
• Utilize teamwork to grow the store and brand and provide feedback.
