Samsonite is seeking a retail team member to join our stores in Maryland. You will deliver exceptional customer service, help customers select products, and maintain brand standards to create a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include assisting with sales goals, supporting store operations, and protecting company assets while working as part of a collaborative team committed to Samsonite’s quality and service excellence.

Qualificações

• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to stand, move around the store, lift/push products up to 35 pounds, and use a ladder.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales by having strong customer service skills.
• Consistently deliver brand enhancing store standards that create a positive customer experience.
• Assist with achievement of store sales goals and profit plans.
• Assist with overall operations of store.
