Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven Fitness Manager to lead on-floor operations, build a personal training team, and drive membership and PT sales. Reporting to the District Fitness Manager, you will set appointments, develop staff, and foster strong member relationships to deliver exceptional fitness experiences.

With a passion for fitness and a track record of delivering results, you will supervise PT managers and trainers, manage payroll, and ensure certifications are up

Qualifications

• Background check required and successful.
• Valid Personal Trainer certification is required.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Previous sales experience in a gym setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets month-over-month for memberships and personal training.
• Collaborate with membership sales to onboard new members and drive PT sales.
• Hire, train, schedule and supervise PT staff including PT managers and trainers.
• Oversee payroll for PT staff and ensure timely payments.
• Communicate goals and procedures clearly across departments.
• Ensure staff hold relevant certifications and training (CPR, PT certs).
• Maintain high-quality customer service by addressing member concerns promptly.
• Engage with members to assess needs and propose fitness solutions.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and facility cleanliness.
• Lead with a friendly, coaching approach and model core values.
