Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Assistant Fitness Manager (Personal Training Sales) to lead the PT sales and welcome new members with guided workouts, helping them start personal training programs. Reporting to the Fitness Manager, you will build a cohesive PT team, drive sales targets, partner with the membership team, and ensure an exceptional gym experience for members.

Must be able to work nights and weekends, hold a valid Personal Training certification, CPR

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in customer service or sales roles
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Experience or interest in the fitness industry a plus
• Must be available to work nights and weekends
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Lead daily sales targets with the team, including weekends.
• Promote personal training packages and build rapport with members.
• Achieve sales targets for PT services and small group training.
• Collaborate with membership sales to onboard new members.
• Conduct personalized welcome workouts for new members.
• Guide new members through their club experience and PT onboarding.
• Coach personal trainers through regular coaching and development.
• Communicate goals and procedures to staff and ensure role clarity.
• Supervise facility maintenance, equipment, locker rooms, and common areas.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and certifications.
