Job summary

Super Inspector is seeking a Commercial Pest Control Technician to inspect, service, and grow commercial accounts. This role blends skilled pest management with consultative sales, developing treatment plans and presenting solutions to business clients.

You will manage an assigned route, maintain records, and build lasting client relationships with property managers and decision makers while meeting service and sales goals.

Qualifications

• At least three years of pest control experience, including commercial service experience.
• A current Certified Applicator license for the work performed.
• Experience inspecting properties and explaining recommendations to commercial clients.
• Ability to develop estimates, identify sales opportunities, and meet performance goals without compromising service quality.
• A valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company vehicle requirements.

Responsibilities

• Inspect commercial properties (offices, retail sites, restaurants, warehouses, multifamily communities) to identify pest activity and risk factors.
• Develop and perform treatment and prevention plans using integrated pest management principles and company procedures.
• Service and monitor accounts on schedule; document findings, materials used, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
• Explain findings and solutions to clients, prepare estimates, and pursue new/expanded commercial business.
• Maintain relationships with property managers and business decision makers; identify renewal and referral opportunities.
