Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking Commercial Pest Control Technicians to perform industry-leading pest management for commercial clients. You will inspect properties, identify pests, apply treatments, and provide prevention guidance, while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include educating customers, scheduling appointments, and supporting sales while ensuring equipment readiness. A valid driver's license and ability to work diverse shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence (Company vehicle and gas card provided).
• Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills; ability to present information.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow product label mixing instructions.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (covered by us).
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, adhering to safety standards.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and maintaining a pest-free environment.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, and assist with sales.
• Ensure pest control equipment is maintained, stocked, and in good working condition.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations regarding products and safety protocols.
• Drive and operate a company-provided service vehicle.
