Job summary

Cosmo Prof is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store associates, support the Store Manager, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. You will drive brand standards, performance metrics, and daily operations while coaching staff and maintaining a safe, compliant store environment.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in retail or customer service, 1+ year in a supervisory role, and strong communication skills. Cosmetology license is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Clear communication with team and management.
• Scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• 30% Brand: supervise and plan daily goals to deliver an exceptional client experience, maintaining brand standards and analyzing trends.
• 30% People: train and develop teams, recruit when needed, coach and address performance, maintain positive associates relations.
• 30% Operations: ensure execution of processes, support digital strategies like Omni-channel fulfillment (SFS/SDD/BOPIS).
• 10% Safety/Loss Prevention: maintain safe store environment, protect assets, follow inventory and cash controls, Hazmat procedures.
