Shelter Insurance is seeking a Sales District Leader in Missouri. Base salary base is $78,949, with compensation commensurate with experience. The role focuses on assisting agent operations, setting sales goals, and building a profitable book of business within Shelter's insurance offerings.

Sales District Leader $78,949 base (salary commensurate with experience) Job Level: Manager Shelter maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in geographic location, education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Please remember that this is the minimum starting base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.

What You Will Be Doing:

Assist with Agent operations and support Agent efforts in setting sales goals and developing a profitable book of business. Due to the duties and responsibilities of this position, a Motor Vehicle Report, Credit Bureau Report and Criminal Background Check may be ordered on final candidates.
