Xperi is seeking a London-based Sales Director for TiVo Ads to lead the go-to-market for a newly launched data licensing product. You will drive revenue across the UK and EU, manage strategic client relationships, and shape the data sales strategy in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

The role requires deep knowledge of the TV data landscape and strong public speaking skills at conferences, with a hybrid work setup and collaboration across multiple internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of client facing experience in the advertising industry.
• Experience working within Advertising and Technology industry and understanding client KPIs.
• Startup mentality with a customer centric mindset, not afraid of aggressive growth targets.

Responsabilités

• Meet and exceed aggressive sales targets within a newly developed sales division within the organization.
• Identify and prospect new clients, requiring strong relationships building amongst both client direct and third-party partnerships.
• Ability to demonstrate and articulate in-depth industry knowledge within CTV and Ad Tech, particularly as it relates to current trends and competitive landscape.
• Excellent communication skills to provide ongoing feedback across key stakeholders to help expedite business goals and objectives.
• Organized individual with ability to prioritize internal and external deliverables.
• Public speaking at event conferences.
• Ability to work collaboratively and confidently with clients, across internal departments and with senior leadership.
• Build a culture of sharing and disseminate best in class work across the team and broader organization
