Job Title: Sales Director at The Reserve at Pasadena Senior Living Community

We are seeking a Sales Director to meet leasing and move-in goals, support the sales and marketing team, and maintain a positive community image with referral sources, residents, and staff. We offer a base salary plus an excellent commission plan.

Essential Functions
  • Schedule, organize, and conduct tours with prospective residents.
  • Respond to and follow up with walk-ins, phone inquiries, and mail-ins timely and appropriately.
  • Create, plan, and implement events to attract prospective residents, such as seminars, themed events, and family nights.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with residents, families, and care providers.
  • Maintain knowledge of all relevant software programs.
  • Participate in weekend call coverage as Manager on Duty.
  • Manage move-ins and move-outs to maximize revenue.
  • Value each inquiry and respond accordingly.
  • Work closely with the Executive Director and Regional Director of Sales on marketing plans and weekly sales reports.
  • Create and implement community outreach programs.
  • Implement media and marketing strategies.
  • Meet occupancy and budget expectations.
  • Keep the Executive Director informed of sales activity daily.
  • Maintain Hot Board/Move-in/Move-out Board.
  • Investigate all leads thoroughly before closing.
  • Understand seniors' needs and the aging process.
  • Maintain an active, meaningful waitlist.
  • Plan and execute monthly special events for prospects.
  • Update competitive analysis quarterly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of senior living community sales experience, including leasing and tours.
  • Previous experience in sales or admissions in a senior living community.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with computers and software, Yardi preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible schedule.
  • Enjoy working with seniors.
