Your Role

As a Sales & Design Specialist, you’ll take ownership of your projects — from simplified lead generation and client meetings to then working with the internal Rev op’s team in the layout planning and order fulfillment process.

This role is entirely commission-based and ideal for self-starters in the A&D, real estate, or interiors space looking to scale their earnings through high-value design projects.

What You’ll Do

• Develop your own portfolio of clients in the commercial interiors space
• Foster clients and Leads generated by COI - provided to you & walk along their journey with us
• Design FF&E solutions/ layouts using CET, AutoCAD, or similar tools (training provided)
• Collaborate with vendors and manufacturers on product sourcing with the COI team
• Manage project timelines, pricing, and order logistics
• Act as a brand ambassador at networking events and industry touchpoints

What We’re Looking For

• ???? Background in Commercial Furniture, interiors, or space planning
• Proficiency or understanding (Trainable) in design software (AutoCAD, CET, or SketchUp a plus)
• ️ Strong understanding of workplace and Corporate trends, user needs, and spatial flow
• Proven ability to manage complex, design-driven sales cycles solo or within the COI team
• Motivated by performance-based income — no cap on earnings
• Ability to be brought into our hundreds of available projects pipeline (big or small) quickly
