Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team. Your role will involve developing meaningful relationships, connecting with prospects, and delivering exceptional service to clients. Candidates MUST reside in San Diego County.

What Our Sales Team Does:
  • Manage a portfolio of current and new accounts, supporting existing relationships and developing new ones.
  • Gain comprehensive market, industry, and role knowledge to engage in meaningful conversations and understand client needs.
  • Handle the full sales cycle from market research and business development to negotiation and closing.
  • Create and maintain territory and account plans.
  • Use Salesforce.com to track activities such as emails, calls, and meetings.
  • Build rapport with colleagues and clients through professional and courteous interactions.
  • Participate in onboarding and continuous learning through Datasite’s Sales Enablement program.
  • Engage in client events and meetings, gaining hands-on experience with Datasite’s services.
  • Learn and adhere to Datasite’s policies, procedures, and best practices.
Keys to Success at Datasite:

Develop Your Markets: Build deep client relationships by understanding their structures and communicating Datasite’s capabilities.

Drive Revenue: Identify sales opportunities, understand markets, collaborate with teams, and exceed client expectations through developing new business, negotiations, and closing deals.

Continuously Develop: Embrace learning, work closely with high performers, and mentor new team members to foster ongoing success.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of sales experience with executives from public/private companies and Fortune 500 firms.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts across Dallas/Fort Worth and surrounding areas.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and professional demeanor.
  • Good judgment, decision-making, and data analysis skills.
  • Experience in Technology/SaaS/Financial Services sales is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
