Job Title: High Value Commercial Service Lead

What you'll do:

As a High Value Commercial Service Lead, you'll partner with leadership to coach and execute the full client life cycle for clients. You'll promote and exemplify the department's "sales, service, operations" philosophy through client interactions. You'll respond to and resolve client requests and provide expert advice and guidance for these clients utilizing products and services such as treasury management, loans, commercial, and personal accounts, with a particular focus on establishing yourself as an expert in treasury management, deposit requests, and technical aspects of client requests. You'll work with internal departments and resources such as the Preferred Banker support system to drive client satisfaction. You'll serve as a resource to more junior team members to augment their banking knowledge for more effective work solutions and career growth opportunities.

  1. Subject Matter Expertise: Respond to complex client requests, assist team members in executing the full client life cycle, and promote bank products through analysis of client patterns and needs. Be an expert in treasury management, deposit operations, and technical client requests.
  2. Team Management: Manage work distribution, facilitate cross-training, and report on team performance metrics to management.
  3. Service Standards: Ensure team meets standards in sales, customer service, turnaround times, risk management, compliance, and efficiency.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Monitor individual team member performance to support career development and ensure client support quality.
  5. Strategic Initiatives: Assist in executing business strategies driven by data analytics, requiring change management and staying updated on bank products.
  6. Leadership and Mentoring: Indirectly lead, mentor, and develop junior team members.
What you'll need:
  • 5+ years of experience in Treasury Management Sales, Treasury Management Service, Branch Banking Operations, or similar.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of banking operations including deposit operations, new account opening, loan administration, treasury management, and related products.
  • Strong business, legal, and technical writing skills.
  • Experience in sales and service in business deposits or treasury management products.
  • Excellent speaking and writing communication skills.

Compensation: Salary ranges vary by location: $73,085 - $90,278 in Las Vegas, NV; $84,045 - $103,818 in Los Angeles, CA and San Diego, CA. Compensation may include bonuses and restricted stock.
