Job summary

Fulgent Genetics is seeking a Sales Director for Reproductive & Women's Health to oversee the regional health market, forecast sales, and drive revenue growth. You will own the territory, develop strategic plans, and present Fulgent’s genetic testing solutions to OB/GYNs, hospitals, and academic partners.

You will coordinate with the Regional Vice President, maintaining strong customer relationships, analyzing data, and guiding product improvements based on market feedback.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in life sciences or related field.
• Minimum two years of genetic testing sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and negotiating with customers.
• Experience calling on OB/GYN, hospitals, and academic institutions in prenatal/women's health.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive sales in reproductive & women's health within the assigned region.
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies and business plans.
• Forecast sales, analyze data, and report results with CRM and analytics tools.
• Present products and educate customers on Fulgent's testing solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership to expand product offerings and improve market share.
• Travel up to 50% to cover territory and manage accounts.
