What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead customer engagement and develop strategies to assess customer needs and deliver market-leading solutions
- Conduct market research, develop marketing campaigns, and manage customer relationships to drive business growth
- Achieve sales targets and implement specific sales programs for the employer's products and services
- Collaborate with sales channel leadership to maintain a network of independent sales agents/distributors
- Provide technical expertise and support for protection, control, and power quality systems within the assigned territory

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering; MBA is a plus
- 5-10 years of experience in power generation, transmission, and distribution systems
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, commercial, or product management roles
- Knowledge of utility back-office integrations for distribution automation and AMI applications
- Ability to travel up to 50% and reside in one of the following states: TX, OK, AR, LA

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with and supervising independent sales agents/distributors
- Familiarity with electrical standards such as UL, IEC, ANSI, IEEE, and CE
- Ability to write and publish technical papers
- Knowledge of competitor products and services in the electrical industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
