The Sales Director, Protection and Controls, is a technical sales role focused on the sales and application of power system protection, control and power quality devices and solutions. The area of focus will be in power plant protection & power quality measurement devices, power distribution protection, control & power quality devices and solutions including volt var controls and FLISR schemes. This position bridges the gap between technical expertise and customer needs, guiding customers in selecting, applying, and solving challenging customer problems. Utilizing both direct and indirect sales approaches, the Sales Director is responsible for leading the customer engagement within the assigned territory and developing winning strategies to assess customer needs, develop market leading solutions, gather/communicate market intelligence, and win business with current and new customers.
