Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7–10 years of experience in sales or account management.
• 5+ years of leadership or management experience overseeing sales teams and/or sales agencies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and inspire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Distributor Sales team to achieve revenue goals.
• Strengthen distributor and agency relationships with proactive engagement.
• Design and deliver sales training programs for agencies and distributors.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to identify opportunities and expand market share.
• Regularly review KPIs and adjust strategies to hit sales targets.
• Oversee pricing decisions and margin management; ensure customer satisfaction.
