Job summary

MTU Aero Engines North America, Fort Worth, TX, seeks a Sales Director – Engine Repair Services to lead strategic sales for MTU Maintenance repair facilities. You will grow Americas revenue, build strong customer relationships, and provide technical sales support on piece-part repair services and LRUs.

The role requires up to 40% travel and a hybrid onsite/remote work arrangement. An engineering or business background and aviation services sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, aviation technology, economics engineering or business administration.
• First experience in the sales of aviation services, especially piece part repair services (LRUs and accessories).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel 30–40% with some international travel and onsite/home office mix.

Responsibilities

• Workload responsibility within the market area for MTU Maintenance repair facilities.
• Develop sales strategies and market the full range of service products.
• Prepare and negotiate proposals and conduct customer presentations.
• Provide market intelligence to support strategic planning.
• Proactively manage customer requirements and visit customers regularly.
