What You'll Do
  • Learn and execute the Birdeye sales process from outbounding to closing deals
  • Coach your team to meet their quotas
  • Scale your team to meet revenue goals
  • Develop team members for advancement
  • Lead and motivate your team effectively
  • Support the development of Sales Development Representatives into Account Executives
  • Collaborate with the VP of Commercial Sales to grow your management skills
  • Willingness to sell during initial ramp period
Requirements
  • 3-5 years in proven sales leadership with closing experience
  • 5+ years in SaaS/B2B sales, with top quota performance
  • Passion for coaching and team development
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills
