Your Impact

The primary purpose of this role is to drive pro sales and lead a highly effective team of Sales Managers within a specified sales channel (property management, hospitality, trades, etc.). The Director, Sales- LPS will be responsible for achieving the financial objectives of the sales team through developing/executing sales strategies, building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships, and developing partnerships with the Divisional Pro Sales Directors and operations leaderships, both within Pro Sales and outside of Pro Sales.

What You Will Do
  • Drive consistent year-over-year sales growth, seeking opportunities to expand Lowe's Pro Sales influence to capitalize on market and region opportunities.
  • Lead a team of sales managers and set executional standards for outside B2B sales, focusing on growing the property management segment. Provide guidance and leadership to improve seller skills, productivity, and performance through sales meetings and training.
  • Deliver sales results aligned with company and pro-specific sales plans by promoting Pro Sales across relevant channels and fostering a pro-centric culture.
  • Collaborate across multiple departments at Lowe's and with external vendors to develop strategies and programs that meet customer needs and drive profitable growth.
  • Engage with and maintain relationships with key Pro customers.
  • Stay updated on B2B sales trends and be a subject-matter expert regarding pro customers, conducting research on new trends and key customers.
  • Communicate regularly with VP of Pro Sales regarding performance, trends, and opportunities.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with merchandising and operational teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver comprehensive product and service solutions to customers.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in business-to-business sales.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience integrating e-commerce into sales strategies.
  • Experience responding to emerging consumer trends.
  • Experience in home improvement retail.
  • Business-to-business experience.
