Avista Senior Living is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director for The Stratford Senior Living community in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves engaging with prospective residents and families, guiding moves, and partnering with leadership to develop strategic occupancy plans.

You will lead lead generation, create compelling marketing strategies, and drive occupancy to meet budgeted targets while delivering compassionate senior living experiences.

Qualifications

• Senior living experience preferred.
• Results- and goal-driven mindset.
• 2+ years of marketing and sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in computer systems and software.
• Organized with diligent follow-up of prospects.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads and guide prospects through move-in.
• Collaborate with Executive Director and VP of Marketing & Sales on marketing plan.
• Aim to meet budgeted occupancy targets.
• Build trust with residents and families via calls and tours.
• Execute events to attract prospects and increase occupancy.
• Work with team to implement occupancy strategies.

Responsibilities

• The Sales Director will be responsible for generating and managing leads to qualify prospects and guide them through the transition of moving into their new home.
• You will work closely with the Executive Director and VP of Marketing & Sales to create a cutting-edge and strategic marketing plan.
• Your goal is to achieve your budgeted occupancy targets.
• Create trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through phone calls and tours of the community.
• Implement ways to increase occupancy and achieve targeted occupancy goals.
• Work together with your team to execute events to draw prospects to the community

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in senior living preferred.
• Results and goal driven.
• 4-year Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in marketing & sales, 2+ years required.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of computer systems and programs.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
